Short Deliverence Over Home And Land
Preparation Prayer:
Almighty and Eternal God we beseech Thy immeasurable clemency that where we are about to visit, Thou also wouldst visit, that we are about to bless, Thou wouldst also bless † that Thou wouldst lend Thy mighty right hand of power to all which we are about to do, and that at the coming of our humble person- and by the merits of Thy Saints-the demons may fly away and the angels of peace may enter in.
Through Jesus Christ, our Lord who lives and reigns with Thee in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God for ever and ever.
I adjure thee, O serpent of old, by the Judge of the living and the dead, by the Creator of the world who hath power to cast into hell, that thou deport forthwith from this house/ land . He that commands thee, accursed demon, is He that commanded the winds, and the sea and the storm. He that commands thee is He that ordered thee to be hurled down from the height of Heaven into the lower parts of the earth. He that commands thee is He that bade thee depart from Him.
Hearken then, Satan and all evil spirits, and fear. Get thee gone, vanquished and cowed, when thou art hidden in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ Who will come to judge the living and the dead and all the world by fire. Amen.
[Say these prayers in a main room of the home or property]
General Blessing
We humbly beg of you, God the Father almighty, to bless and sanctify this home, those who live in it and everything in it. Be so kind as to fill it with all good things. Grant them, Lord, abundance of blessings from heaven and the substance of life from the richness of the earth. Direct the longings of their prayer to the fruits of Your mercy.
A reading from the Book of Exodus Chapter 12
“Then they shall take some of the blood and put it on the two doorposts and the lintel of the houses in which they eat them…The blood shall be a sign for you, upon the houses where you are; and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and no plague shall fall upon you to destroy you when I smite the land of Egypt.”

Psalm 120
I have lifted up my eyes to the mountains, from whence help shall come to me. My help is from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. May he not suffer thy foot to be moved: neither let him slumber that keeps thee. Behold he shall neither slumber nor sleep, that keeps Israel.
The Lord is thy keeper, the Lord is thy protection upon thy right hand. The sun shall not burn thee by day: nor the moon by night. The Lord keep thee from all evil: may the Lord keeps thy soul. May the Lord keep thy coming in and thy going out; from henceforth now and for ever.
Do Thou, O Lord, enter graciously into the home that belongs to Thee; construct for Thyself an abiding resting-place in the hearts of Thy faithful servants, and grant that in this house (on this land) no wickedness of malicious spirits may ever hold sway. Through Jesus Christ Our Lord.
Scripture: Mark 16.15-18
At that time Jesus said to His disciples: "Go into the whole world and preach the Gospel to all creation. He that believes and is baptized will be saved; he that does not believe will be condemned. And in the way of proofs of their claims, the following will accompany those who believe: in my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will take up serpents in their hands, and if they drink something deadly, it will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and these will recover."
O God, omnipotent and never-ending, who in every place subject to Thee, pervades all and works all Thy Will, comply with our entreaty that Thou be the protector of this dwelling, and that here no antagonism of evil have power to resist Thee, but that, by the co-operation and virtue of the Holy Spirit, Thy service may come first of all, and holy freedom remain inviolate. Through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Scripture: Luke 10.17-20
At that time the seventy-two returned in high spirits. "Master," they said, "even the demons are subject to us because we use your name!" "Yes," He said to them, "I was watching Satan fall like lightning that flashes from heaven. But mind: it is I that have given you the power to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and break the dominion of the enemy everywhere; nothing at all can injure you. Just the same, do not rejoice in the fact that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice in the fact that your names are engraved in heaven."
O God, who in every place subject to Thee are present as guardian and protector, grant us, we beseech Thee, that the blessing + of this house may never slacken, and all we join in this petition may deserve the shelter which Thou affords. Through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Psalm 133
Behold now bless ye the Lord, all ye servants of the Lord: Who stand in the house of the Lord, in the courts of the house of our God.
In the nights lift up your hands to the holy places, and bless ye the Lord.
May the Lord out of Zion bless thee, he that made heaven and earth.
Behold the Cross of the Lord!
Flee ye adversaries!

The Root of David has conquered, alleluia!
Unclean spirits, I bind you in the Name of Jesus, by the power of the most Precious Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ [and by the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, St Michael the Archangel, the blessed Apostles, Peter and Paul and all of the saints,] and I command you to leave and go to the foot of the Holy Cross to receive your sentence, in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
[Go into each room sprinkling the rooms with holy water]
† We Seal this room with sign of the Holy Cross. We plead the Blood of Jesus to cover this room and to seal it shut from any evil or negative influences through Christ Jesus our Lord.
Visit, we beseech Thee, O Lord, this place: drive far from it all snares of the enemy; let Thy holy angels dwell herein to preserve us in peace, and let Thy blessing be ever upon us. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
† We ask the holy angels of light to stand guard over this place and over its inhabitants.
[At the end of the Cleansing, pray this prayer against any retaliation:]
We once again plead the Blood of Jesus over us, our families, our property and these clients that we and they may leave here safe and in peace. I command all spirits to let us leave in peace…you are not invited to follow us home. We ask St. Michael, St. Raphael and our own angels to watch guard over us.
Signed, sealed and protected by God and hidden in Christ we know that nothing can separate us from God's love, joy and peace.
The Lord’s Prayer….
